With the NIS2 compliance platform, you are assured that the company complies with the requirements of the NIS2 directive.

Compliance with the NIS2 directive places significant demands on the company, management, and the company’s suppliers. To meet the requirements of NIS2, the company must:

  • Map and assess internal processes
  • Map and assess subcontractors
  • Prepare incident reports and action plans
  • Report IT security incidents to supervisory authorities
  • Ensure awareness of the requirements of the NIS2 directive among company management
  • Ensure that top management is familiar with the company’s implemented risk management

If the company, organisation, and top management are to meet all these requirements, it requires an effective and intuitive compliance platform.

The NIS2 Compliance Center provides an overview of the compliance level regarding the implementation of NIS2 within the organisation. The NIS2 Compliance dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of controls and task status. By default, the solution includes built-in ISO 27001:2022 controls. If you work with ISO 27001:2022, you’re essentially working with NIS2 in practice as well. Automatic task assignment and task management ensure the implementation and overview of necessary measures on the controls. Built-in gates ensure that tasks are completed before the control can switch status to Compliant. The Statement of Applicability (SOA) documents which controls the organisation has chosen to implement/omit and the rationale for those choices.

Risk management of objects (Hosting, infrastructure, hardware, software, systems) and suppliers, as well as an overview of risk assessments and risk development for each entity and across entities. Risk assessments via annual cycles allow for planning and conducting risk assessments at regular intervals. The auditing annual cycle allows for planning and conducting audits at regular intervals. The purpose of the audits is to ensure that suppliers and objects are compliant with certifications and declarations. Retrieval and updates of certificates and declarations can be automated. This enhances quality, ensures compliance, and saves the company a lot of time on manual handling.

Supplier and Object Management

Supplier and Object Management allows for managing and consolidating activities, documents, emails, and notes under the supplier or object (hosting, infrastructure, hardware, software, systems). Each entity has its own workspace, providing a comprehensive overview of all deviations, audits, risk assessments, certificates, reports, documentation, etc. The solution also offers views across entities.

                                                      QMS 2

                                                      Template library

With template management, the manager can use predefined document and email templates and retrieve formulations from the template library. Templates are created and maintained in a central library. The process of creating and maintaining templates is easy and intuitive using Word’s mail merge function. Templates can be tagged to segment them according to type, so that templates are displayed only in appropriate contexts. Master data from customers/suppliers and information is automatically merged into a document or an email. If you have purchased WorkPoint Express, the template library can also be accessed from Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
